We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Update

We made some changes to the categories yesterday that we believe caused the issue. We made the correction and reset the server, everything is now back to normal. We will be closely monitoring it throughout the day. We also increased our alert settings so we will be notified in a more timely manner.

We are not sure of the cause of the issue yet. We are restarting all webservices.

We have corrected the issue with the notification system.

We are investigating the cause of a major website outage. Additionally, our notification system failed to alert us of the outage in a timely manner.
