AWS engineers have resolved issues in us-east-1. We are now seeing normal service levels.

Web services have returned to normal operating levels for now. AWS still has their issue open in us-east-1. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Web site services are unavailable. Since 11 AM EST, we have been observing degraded service in Amazon Web Services us-east-1 where our services are hosted. Until recently we have not experienced any issues. Amazon engineers have identified the issue and are working on a fix. We will continue to monitor the situation.
